of the things that are breaking our hearts. It is our hope that what ever it
is that is breaking your heart that you spread the word and continue to
tell people about the injustice that is happening all across the globe.

Human Rights Watch Human Rights Watch is dedicated to protecting the human rights of people around the world. They stand with victims and activists to prevent discrimination, to uphold political freedom, to protect people from inhumane conduct in wartime, and to bring offenders to justice. They investigate and expose human rights violations and hold abusers accountable. They challenge governments and those who hold power to end abusive practices and respect international human rights law. They enlist the public and the international community to support the cause of human rights for all.
Invisible Children- Invisible Children is a non- profit organization dedicated to
ending the rebel war in Uganda, Africa. The LRA (Lord's Resistance Army) kidnaps
children between ages of 5 and 14 and brainwashes them to kill. THIS NEEDS TO STOP!
Nothing but Nets- Nothing but Nets is a campaign to save lives by preventing
malaria, a leading killer of children in Africa. For $10, you can buy a net and save a life!
Simple Way- The life of the simple way is the story of that struggle to love and
to be loved. They love again and again, and the more simple you live, the more
easy it is to love.
Dear Francis- Dear Francis is dedicated to helping the people with AIDS in
Swaziland, Africa. They educate the Swazi people about living a healthier life
style in abstinence.
Manna- A small professional staff and 1,000 dedicated volunteers bring over
40,000 nutritious, freshly prepared, home-delivered meals each month to individuals
and families living with HIV/AIDS, cancer or other life-threatening illness.
MANNA dietitians promote wellness through nutrition education and counseling.
Through these services, MANNA provides opportunities for caring people to extend
loving support to families, friends, and neighbors in the Delaware Valley.
![]() Hands of Hope - is a group of people in the Philadelphia, PA area that are
committed to not only feeding the homeless but also caring for the human needs
of these persons. They are committed to sharing their lives with this marginalized
group of people.
Highland Support Project - The Highland Support Project promotes
transformational development through a process of long term accompaniment
and to build homes in the community of Xeabaj through the Building Hope Campaign,
stove building through our highland stove project, teaching art classes and improving
schools with the Maya Arts Program and of course everyone is encouraged
to plant a tree or more.
Loose Change to Loosen Chains - LC2LC is a group of students and
emerging leaders who want to see the trade in human beings stopped. Modern-day
slavery may be people working in brick kilns, rice mills, fishing villages or brothels.
Together we can make a difference. Let's abolish slavery!
World Vision - World Vision is a Christian humanitarian organization dedicated
to working with children, families and their communities worldwide to reach their full
potential by tackling the causes of poverty and injustice. In 2006, 87 percent of
World Vision's total revenue was used to directly benefit the poor.
