Judas

Pastor Sarah Sealand turns our attention to one of the most complex figures in the Gospels: Judas. Drawing from John 13:21–30 and Matthew 26:47–50, this sermon invites us to consider the layers of human relationship, misunderstanding, and betrayal. With a focus on Jesus calling Judas “friend” and the disciples’ own uncertainty ("Is it I?"), we’re challenged to confront how quickly we label others, and how often we overlook Christ’s deeper call to love, even in moments of pain and tension.
